　　In fact, one could even say that the more successful one's life is, the more problems andhardships one must have overcome. The ability to work through difficult situations andunfortunate events only makes one stronger and more capable. 　　In contrast, others highlight the advantages of international exchange and cooperation. They claim that Chinese youths should go abroad to study and gain more experience. What’s more, the long-term benefits will outweigh losses we suffer now.

　　Brain drain poses a challenge. China should go all out to attract talented people in order to better compete in the world.
