霾也稱灰霾，空氣中的灰塵，硫酸，硝酸，有機碳氫化合物等粒子使大氣混濁，視野模糊并導致能見度惡化。隨著空氣質量的惡化，陰霾天氣現象出現增多，危害加重。近期我國不少地區把陰霾天氣現象并入霧一起作為災害性天氣預警預報。統稱為“霧霾天氣”。
霧霾能使人“舊病復發”，因為霧霾里包含細菌，灰塵和病毒等污染物，再加上人為地工業廢氣，汽車尾氣等，嚴重影響人們的身體健康。現在，我們班里的一些同學得了重感冒，做什么事都無精打采，一副病怏怏的樣子。所以大家一定要保護已經千瘡百孔的地球啊，保護環境，從我做起，讓藍天白云永遠陪伴著我們!
