　　在現(xiàn)代緊張忙碌的社會中，人們經(jīng)常需要適時的休閑活動來紓解自己緊繃的壓力及情緒。人們借由休閑活動除了可以提升工作效率之外，醫(yī)學(xué)也證明適度的休閑活動可以提高身體的免疫能力，可見休閑活動對身處在現(xiàn)代的我們是多么的重要!

　　我最喜歡的休閑活動是去河濱公園騎腳踏車。每當(dāng)假日來臨時，爸爸經(jīng)常會帶我到永福橋下的河濱公園騎腳踏車。騎腳踏車不但讓我享受到駕馭的快感，而且優(yōu)游在奼紫嫣紅的花朵和綠意盎然的樹林間，如畫的風(fēng)景不斷映入眼簾!騎累時，還可以坐在路旁的造景公園中，欣賞著由藍天、綠地、小溪組成的自然美景，享受著媽媽準(zhǔn)備的飲料和零嘴，不但使平時累積的學(xué)習(xí)壓力頓時消除，而且也讓我感受到滿滿的幸福呢!

　　然而自從智慧型手機發(fā)明之后，“低頭族”的情況變得非常普遍，我們經(jīng)�？梢钥吹讲还苁窃诖钴嚮蜃呗窌r，總是人手一臺平板電腦或是手機在上網(wǎng)或玩游戲， 這樣不但會讓視力變差，還可能因為不看路而導(dǎo)致交通事故的發(fā)生，這種休閑活動不但對身心發(fā)展沒有幫助，反而還可能有不良的影響。所以我們在從事休閑活動時，應(yīng)該多接觸大自然，讓身心靈都能夠向上提升，這才能達到從事休閑活動的目的。

　　騎腳踏車不但可以消除疲勞、鍛練體能、強健體魄、舒展身心，還能欣賞美景，更可以節(jié)能減碳、保護地球，真是個好的休閑活動呢!
