在校期間我做的最多的工作就是每天早晨將校內寫的`新聞稿件比較優秀的進行廣播，在期間在擔任過記者，并參加過“五保老人”市演出工作。要說我為什么會應屆話務員這一職務，首先我比較自信我的普通話是國家一級水，我在校期間有著播音方面的經驗，在聲音方面我是受過專業訓練的。再說到我有著良好的工作態度，并熱情助人，有愛心，有耐心。我想話務員工作都是通過電話服務讓客戶接受并認可你的工作吧。
