When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80. 　　Good morning, it's my honor to stand here and give you this speech about dreams. There I want to start my speech with two short stories. The first story happened when I was in primary school, I wrote in my composition that my dream was to be a teacher when I grew up.
