　　篇一：演講learn to say no

　　SPEECH：LEARN TO SAY NO

　　幫助別人常被認(rèn)作是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，值得被贊美和鼓勵(lì)。于是，雷鋒的肖像掛滿了整個(gè)校園。但我們必須知道，什么是幫助的前提。有些時(shí)候，需求僅僅是種苛求，因?yàn)樗鼰o(wú)足輕重，卻浪費(fèi)自己太多時(shí)間和金錢(qián)；甚至于，違法亂紀(jì)，損人不利己。這樣的`需求往往又披著“面子”的外衣，讓人礙于情面。

　　To help those who are in need is always regarded as the traditional virtue of Chinese nation. It deverses the praise and encouragement. So the portrait of LeiFeng is hung on the walls all around our campus. But, we alse need to know what is the precondition of help. Sometimes, the request from friends is too excessive. It is insignificance and a waste of time or money. What is more, it maybe violates the law and damages other people’s interests. However, standing in front of the people, we are always afraid of losing face for the denial of their requests.

　　學(xué)會(huì)說(shuō)不，因?yàn)槊つ康慕邮埽�常常�?huì)惹禍上身。我有一個(gè)遠(yuǎn)親，他有一大堆朋友，有一天，一個(gè)朋友跑來(lái)向他借錢(qián)，不是個(gè)小數(shù)目，但也足以讓他在賭場(chǎng)上揮霍一陣子。當(dāng)時(shí)，我的遠(yuǎn)親他礙于情面，把家中的老底借給了他。后果自然是有借無(wú)還，被“接受”給拖累。他至今仍后悔著為什么當(dāng)初就沒(méi)有當(dāng)面拒絕。

　　Learn to say NO, because blindly saying YES sometimes gets you in trouble. I have a remote relative. He has a lot of friends. One day, one friend came to him to borrow some money. 　　說(shuō)NO吧，給予自己一個(gè)選擇的權(quán)利。面對(duì)情面這座大山時(shí)，有時(shí)候可以選擇繞道而行。情面再堅(jiān)固，但我們不得不面對(duì)各種現(xiàn)實(shí)。一個(gè)周末，一位好朋友請(qǐng)你去陪他逛街，但你正好下午要去看望生病的外婆，那就說(shuō)NO吧，因?yàn)椋�你不得不面�?duì)時(shí)間沖突這個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)。一個(gè)傍晚，隔壁的王姨請(qǐng)你在她出門(mén)打麻將的時(shí)候幫他看著孩子，面對(duì)作業(yè)如山的你，那就說(shuō)NO吧，因?yàn)闇亓?xí)功課的時(shí)間比打麻將的時(shí)間貴多了。我們何必去計(jì)較一次兩次的拒絕會(huì)給情面帶來(lái)多大的傷疤呢，我們只求真誠(chéng)以待，問(wèn)心無(wú)愧。

　　Let us say NO! Give yourself a right to choose! Facing a moutain named ‘FACE’, why not take a detour. Because we sometimes have to face the reality when we face the FACE. One weekend, a friend of mine invited me to go a shopping. But, that day, I should visit my grandma who was ill. In that case, let us say NO. Because you have to face the reality of time conflict. One afternoon, Aunt Wang call me to look after her little child, because she want to play Mahjong outside. But, that time, I should face so much homework. In that case, let us say NO. Because the homework is of more value than your Aunt Wang’s Mahjong. Why should we sink into that upset for these empty FACE LOSINGs. What we should only do is be sincere to everyone.

　　學(xué)會(huì)說(shuō)不，絕不是對(duì)任何事都置之不理，永遠(yuǎn)不說(shuō)是。而是基于最基本倫理道德準(zhǔn)則和自己對(duì)是非的辨識(shí)能力。樂(lè)于助人確實(shí)是一種美德，能夠替人排憂解難，促進(jìn)人與人的和諧相處。但是我們不得不承認(rèn)，我們不能滿足每一個(gè)人，對(duì)要拒絕的事情說(shuō)NO是生活的一種態(tài)度。

　　Learn to say NO. It does not mean that say NO to everything. It should be based on the ethical norms and the discerns ability. Helping others is a real virtue, and could promote the harmony between people. However, We have to be honest with myself that we could not satisfy everybody around me.

　　Finally, I think Say NO to the things we could not accept is a life attitude.
