現(xiàn)代公關(guān)禮儀公開(kāi)課

一、語(yǔ)言類禮儀：可分為語(yǔ)音類、口語(yǔ)類和書面類三種禮儀形式。

表情語(yǔ)言類：通過(guò)人的臉部各種各樣的表情來(lái)傳遞的禮儀，人的臉部是人世間最豐富多情的一道風(fēng)景線，包括眼、眉、嘴、鼻、顏面肌肉的各種變化以及整個(gè)頭部的'姿勢(shì)等。比如人的眼睛是人的表情語(yǔ)言中語(yǔ)匯最豐富的，“眼語(yǔ)”是像靈魂的一面鏡子，通過(guò)其可以觀察到對(duì)方是否喜歡你、支持你。所謂深沉的注視表示崇敬，橫眉冷眼指仇敵，眉來(lái)眼去指情人暗送秋波。
