問題一：重點不突出

　　一封有效的求職信應該重點突出，應聘者能干什么，優勢在哪里，謀求什么職位應當一目了然。很多應聘者競爭力很強，寫起簡歷來卻沒有突出重點。如果一份簡歷看上去適合任何單位、任何職位，它給人的印象就是求職者不能確定自己的工作目標。一名人力資源部經理告訴我，假如有個應聘者同時對兩個完全不同的職位感興趣，那么他肯定兩份工作都干不好。所以，如果你想申請多個職位，務必準備幾份不同的簡歷。
