　　1、由于違約，或做錯了事，說錯了話，或是因服務不周造成了某種不良后果， 當事人必須為此道歉。 書寫道歉類便條時要注意：

　　(1)要言辭懇切，誠心誠意，指出自己并非故意傷害或開罪對方，切忌對自己的 過失作過多辯解。

　　(2). 要請對方諒解自己的過失或給對方帶來的.不便。

　　(3). 需要使用 I’m sorry, I apologize 等字眼明確表達自己的歉意。

　　2、正文主要有4 個部分:

　　(1). 道歉行為和內容。

　　(2). 道歉的具體理由。

　　(3). 彌補方法。

　　(4). 進一步致歉

　　3、推薦模板 Date, Dear …, Please accept my sincere apology for…… I am sorry again for the inconvenience I caused to you. Yours sincerely, Name… Date, Dear …, I am sorry to tell you that I won’t be able to… I am very sorry for the trouble. Yours sincerely, Name…

　　4、常用表達： 1. I write to apologize for having caused you so much trouble. 2. Please accept my apology for my rude behavior at the party.

　　5. I really didn’t mean to hurt/offend/insult you.

　　6. I shall not be so rude/late/careless again. Sample Directions: You are already have a date with your friend but suddenly have another thi ng to do and you have to tell your friend that you can’t go. Express your reas on clearly in about 100 words. May 5, 20XX Dear Jane,

　　(1)I am sorry to tell you that I won’t be able to come this afternoon because I have to go to the airport at 2:00 p. m. to meet an overseas visitor from Australia.

　　(2)I really have kept our date in my mind all these days, however, I received my boss’ e-mail this morning, he asked me to go to the airport to meet one of his friends from abroad, it’s suddenly and urgent and I must go.

　　(3) Please forgive me.

　　Dear David:

　　I am afraid that you will think me unpardonably negligent in not having answered your letter dated 7, December sooner, but when I have told you the reason, I trust you will be convinced that the neglect was excusable.
