1. undertake design project from concept to completion for the laureate academy;
2. define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”;
3. interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans;
4. set costs and project fees according to budget，research and decide on materials and products sourcing;
5. search for and bid on new projects;
6. conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects;
7. supervise work progress;
8. prepare and participate in client presentations.

1.繪製榮鼎學校建築和室內設計的總體佈局或概念方案;
2.審核設計單位提供的各專業概念設計、方案、初步設計、施工圖檔，提供修訂意見、向公司管理層彙報、調整修訂設計、或/并組織設計單位完善設計成果;
3.組織必要的圖紙會審、方案論證;
4.審核材料樣板;
5.組織招投標工作，審核招、投標工作的相關技術資料等;
6.解決施工現場的技術問題;
7.不定期對施工現場進行檢查，隨時監控工程品質，發現問題及時召集相關人員進行處理;
8.組織交竣工驗收;
job requirements:
1. must have overseas study or work experience or foreign-capital enterprise work experience referred;
2. bachelor degree or above，major in architecture or interior design，working experience: more than 2 years;
3. have a good understanding of architectural design，interior design and other professional drawings;
4. familiar with using various software，such as sketchup，autocad，photoshop，etc.，with revit experience is preferred;
5. strong communication and coordination skills;
6. familiar with national and local laws，regulations and policies in mainland;
7. will often work in cities in mainland china.

1.依據公司相關設計要求,負責各項目功能性方案設計及落位。
2.負責對初步方案、擴初設計、施工圖設計階段建筑/室內設計專業與設計院交流及設計質量監控,參與設計圖紙會審,整理圖紙會審記錄,并提出整改意見。
3.配合各項目相關設計單位跟進與進度協調。
4.負責精裝修類工程現場勘察、測繪,督促設計單位按要求對圖紙進行修改和完善。
5.協助招標工作,參加招標工程圖紙答疑,草擬精裝修專業相關條款,審核專業報價是否符合相關規定及各項收費是否合理。
6.負責設計各階段建筑/室內設計方案和材料選型的優化工作;
7.與工程管理部門等相關部門進行建筑/室內設計專業銜接,控制重大設計變更,參與重大設計變更中建筑/室內設計專業工作配合。
8.熟悉公裝流程,材料,裝修施工工藝,有施工現場管理經驗,配合工程部對工程變更、簽證取證及編制工作。
任職資格:
1、需具備建筑學、城市規劃與設計、室內設計等相關專業背景,大學本科及以上學歷。
2、5年以上室內設計及現場施工管理相關經驗,熟悉質量管理及成本控制。
3、具體優秀的協調能力及團隊合同能力,責任心強;
4、熟悉cad,3dsmax,photoshop,office軟件。
5、有大型商場、辦公樓設計、外墻深化設計經驗者優先。
