1. make+賓語(yǔ) + 賓語(yǔ)補(bǔ)足語(yǔ)， 類似的動(dòng)詞還有find , keep等。

make sb. do sth.
Don’t make him work ten hours a day.
The glasses make him look smart.
2. share sth. with sb.與某人分享某物
We always share our troubles and joys with each other.
He shares a bedroom with his twin brother.
3. be willing to do sth 愿意做某事
He is willing to stay with us for the holiday.
Many people are willing to live in the country today.
4. help sb. with sth./ help sb (to) do sth.幫助某人做…
Can you help me with my lessons?
I often help mum do some cleaning.
5. because of 后面接名詞、代詞或動(dòng)詞的ing形式，because 后面接原因狀語(yǔ)從句。
They didn’t visit the Great Wall because of the bad weather.
He didn’t catch the train because of getting up late.
=He didn’t catch the train because he got up late.
She went to bed very late because of too much homework.
=She went to bed very late because she had too much homework.
6. have a sense of humour/time/duty/beauty……有幽默/時(shí)間/責(zé)任/美感
Our teacher has a sense of humour, and often makes us laugh.
He is often late, and he has no sense of time.
7. think of 想到

He thinks of others more than himself.

8. say a bad word about sb.說(shuō)某人壞話
It’s not polite to say a bad word about someone behind him.

Nobody else knows it. Keep it a secret.

He knocked over the cup on the table.
A bus knocked him over when he crossed the road.

四. 語(yǔ)法
形容詞的原形、比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)
形容詞用于形容或修飾名詞或代詞，對(duì)名詞或代詞加以說(shuō)明或限制，表示人或物的性質(zhì)或特征等。形容詞有兩種基本用法：
放在be 等連系動(dòng)詞后作表語(yǔ)，如：She is very careful. They look smart.
放在所修飾的名詞前作定語(yǔ)，如：It is a beautiful school.
形容詞比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)的構(gòu)成
形容詞原形 比較級(jí) 最高級(jí)
規(guī)則情況 + er +est
以e 結(jié)尾的 +r +st
以輔音字母+結(jié)尾的 去y +ier 去y +iest
以一個(gè)元音加輔音結(jié)尾的 雙寫輔音字母+er 雙寫輔音字母+est
部分雙音節(jié)和多音節(jié) 前面+more 前面+most

形容詞比較級(jí)用于兩者之間的比較，如：
He is faster than my friend.
Kate is more careful than Jim.
形容詞最高級(jí)用于三者或三者以上的比較， 如：
I am the shortest of all.
This MP3 is the most expensive in the shop.
在使用形容詞最高級(jí)時(shí)，要在其前面加定冠詞the。
